Chris Gainey joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011, starting as a research analyst before becoming an investment sales advisor in 2012 with the Levy Retail Group. Throughout his career, Chris has facilitated more than 233 transactions nationwide totaling more than $676 million in sales volume, with a focus on multi-tenant shopping center investment sales in Texas.
A graduate of Texas Christian University, Chris grew up in and continues to live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Over the course of his career in retail real estate, he has built deep transactional expertise across multi-tenant shopping centers throughout Texas.
With a persistent determination to act as a resource for clients, Chris consistently ranks as one of Marcus & Millichap’s top-producing retail agents in Texas and nationally.
