Coleman specializes in the sale of shopping centers across the San Antonio and Austin MSAs. Leading a team of agents in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, he focuses on building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality service for clients.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Coleman worked as a financial analyst for a principal and acquisition specialist, where he developed a strong underwriting skill set for retail assets. He applies that analytical background and broad market knowledge to help clients stay ahead of shifting conditions.
Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio with a minor in Business. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, he worked as both a personal trainer and in the culinary industry before entering commercial real estate. Outside of brokerage, you can usually find him on the golf course.
